A furnished apartment offers separate rooms alongside living, dining and kitchen spaces. Tell reception the size of your group, the dates and whether colleagues need full apartments or one-room occupancy. The booking form allows more than one unit in a single request.
Ask for a clear group quotation
Choose the corporate purpose in the calculator. A volume offer appears when reception has enabled it and your request meets its minimum unit count. Confirm the total, invoicing details, deposit and balance due date before making payment. Discounts are applied to accommodation and the strongest eligible offer is used; offers do not automatically stack.
Keep your work requirements specific
BN Courts provides Wi-Fi, work space and furnished living facilities. If your assignment depends on a particular connection speed, room arrangement or service schedule, ask reception to check that requirement for your allocated apartment.
Coordinate changes through one contact
Share the booking reference when discussing arrival times, extended stays or a changed team list. A request to change dates is subject to the calendar and written confirmation from reception.
